Letitia Cross, Local Rural Adversity Mental Health ProgramCoordinator, recently published a great article entitled "It's grief and I am feeling it too".

"THIS year was going to be mine. I had said many times at the start of the year to friends that I had climbed the figurative mountain in the last few years. I had overcome some health challenges, family ill health, work difficulties, the fires were out and the drought was looking to turn. 2020 had to be good, easier. I was getting health, sport, balance and a sense of me back. Then COVID-19."
