A workshop featuring landholders telling their stories of regeneration to celebrate the completion of the Upper Mooki Rehydration Project.

It is with great pleasure that Upper Mooki Landcare Inc invite you to join us in celebrating the completion of the Upper Mooki Rehydration Project.

This has been an exciting and visionary partnership project, bringing together 11 landholders on 13 properties across 28,000 hectares, implementing a range of strategies to support landscape rehydration, resilience and regeneration. The day will showcase the outcomes of the project and also demonstrate other North West landholder’s regeneration stories. Panels of farmers will share their experiences implementing regenerative strategies particularly focusing on cropping/grain production.

The day will be facilitated by Charlie Arnott, 2018 Winner of the prestigious Bob Hawke National Landcare Award and will feature the premiere of NVIRO Films’ short documentary about the project. Regional landholders who will speak include: Scott McCalman, Andrew Watson, Roger Sendall, Justin & Lorroi Kirkby, Ian Carter, Stuart Austin, Wayne Chaffey, Roy Stanger & others.

The event will be held in the historic Windy Station Woolshed - please ensure you dress warmly and bring a jacket.

Registration and Exhibitors’ stands are open from 8:00am.
