This workshop aims to cover issues that arise when starting out – employing your first worker(s) and managing farm business risks:
- Business goals - why it’s important to have them and to communicate them to the team
- Communication and Negotiation - Vices, Tips & Tricks
- What are your employment obligations under the law?
- Safety - the cost to business and to workers, family and self, should an accident happen
