Join local landholders as they share their stories of rehydrating the landscape, regeneration and resilience. A not-to-be-missed event, to be held at the iconic Windy Station, hosted by Upper Mooki Landcare,with special guest facilitator, Charlie Arnott.
This has been an exciting and visionary partnership project across the Upper Mooki Catchment. The project brought together 11 landholders on 13 properties across 28,000 hectares, implementing a range of strategies to support landscape rehydration, resilience and regeneration.
The day will showcase the outcomes of the project as well as presentations and Q&A sessions with other North West landholder’s regeneration stories sharing their experiences implementing regenerative strategies across a diverse range of farming enterprises including broadacre dry land cropping, livestock, mixed farming and irrigation operations. The event will be facilitated by Charlie Arnott, 2018 Winner of the prestigious Bob Hawke National Landcare Award, and will feature the premiere of Nviro Media’s short documentary about the project.
