This is a special one hour Wellbeing Workshop for volunteers, from RAMHP Coordinator, Andrew Daley.

Venue: Kent House, 141 Faulkner St, Armidale NSW
The Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) which is a state wide initiative promoting mental health and wellbeing and early intervention amongst rural communities. Andrew Daley is based in Armidale and covers the New England and Northern Tablelands area.
Andrew provides free mental health and wellbeing education/training and resources to community groups, businesses, clubs and individuals. He also assists rural people to access the help they need via public, community or private mental health providers.
The one hour session will provide you with:
- Information about and insight into mental health, wellbeing, and stress
- strategies to find help and take care of yourself
- a new perspective on your own wellbeing and a workbook filled with tricks, tips and goals.
