The NSWDPI’s Farm Business Resilience Program is offering farmers, farm managers and employees in NSW the opportunity to be part of its individual coaching program.
As part of the 11-month program, you will receive:
- 4 x group coaching workshops across NSW
- A one-page strategic business plan for the next 5 years
- 1 hour one-on-one coaching via video or phone each fortnight
- 4 x half day tours of participants’ farms
- A lender-ready budget for 2022/23 financial year
- A designated coach
Calling all farmers to apply...small scale, large scale, all the different industries and any age are welcome.
The farmers that have done coaching in the past say the impact on their business has been profound. They've loved it! The coach's support and guidance has really helped them. It's given them confidence, helped them make decisions and get their finances organised.
Here's a great video with Gulargambone farmers, Georgie and Doug, about their coaching experience last year.
There are only 150 positions available this year. So don’t hesitate. Get in touch with the team now.
N.B. For small scale farming businesses or startups that turn over less than $100,000 annually, the program will only cost $440 including GST.
