Applications are now open for Homeward Bound 7
Closing date: 14th October 2021.
A unique leadership initiative, building towards a vision of a global collaboration of women with a background in STEMM.
A group of 100 women with a STEMM background (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine) from around the world will be selected to take part in Homeward Bound 7, joining almost 600 women who have already undertaken this visionary leadership program.
Homeward Bound founder, Fabian Dattner says the initiative’s premise, that Mother Nature Needs Her Daughters, is an urgent call to action for women to stand up to be the collaborative, inclusive, legacy-minded leaders our planet needs.
“Mother Nature really does need her daughters: more of us standing up as leaders to be collaborative, inclusive, and legacy minded. Homeward Bound was founded to create a global network of 10,000 women with a STEMM background willing and able to lead and solve our planet’s greatest challenges.
"This is the seventh cohort of women we are working with to build the leadership skills needed for a sustainable future for our planet. I can’t imagine a more important time or more important group of women to elevate.”
THE VISION: By 2036 they will have supported and engaged a globally diverse leadership network of 10,000 STEMM women, who are ensuring the sustainability of our planet.
