Dave Carr and Rachel Lawrence, Stringybark Ecological recently completed a podcast about revegetation success with future climate change for the New England.
This initiative was part of an Armidale Tree Group project.
Armidale Tree Group has planted trees in the New England for almost 40 years.
Towards the end of the 2018/19 drought ATG was supported by the NSW Government program 'Increasing Resilience to Climate Change' to interview experienced revegetation practitioners in the region about insights from the drought around how to ensure maximal success with revegetation and natural regeneration in the face of future hot and dry conditions that are likely as the climate changes.
Due to Covid disruptions, it decided a podcast would be a more efficient way to share this information, rather than workshops.

These episodes will kickstart a future podcast series about community and environmental resilience. Watch this space.
