    salamiWalcha: Thursday, 9 February 2023, 10am - 12pm
    Guyra: Thursday, 16 February 2023, 10am - 12pm
    Uralla: Thursday, 23 February 2023, 10am - 12pm

Hosted by the Northern Tablelands LLS, Armidale office.

Ever wanted to know how to make salami from scratch, or what meat cuts to use? Then this is for you!

Additionally thrown in will be ... some great tips and tricks on biosecurity and how to take care of your pigs.

So, if you are a local pig owner or pig enthusiast, join Rachel Betts (NTLLS Armidale) for a Salami workshop in either Guyra, Uralla or Walcha, in February 2023.

The workshop involves a butcher who will make salami and smoke it onsite. All participants will get to take some salami home.

The event is FREE and the workshop takes 2 hours. An LLS vet and Biosecurity Officer will be available to talk about pig biosecurity and welfare concerns.

For more details on each of the workshops, click the appropriate link below.

Registration is essential. To register for a workshop, please email or phone Biosecurity Officer, Rachel Betts. M: 0400 411 819 or email: rachel.betts@lls.nsw.gov.au
