
Recently the NSW DPI has enabled farmers to nominate a preferred/referring coach as part of the EOI process and if you are in a farm business located in NSW and would value the opportunity to work with Kim, you can now apply through this program for subsidised farm business coaching (eligibility conditions apply).
There are two options for participating in the program, an interactive 6 month program or an intensive online 3 month program.
Kim is looking forwards to delivering farm business coaching as part of the new 6 month interactive program for farm businesses in the Northern Tablelands and North Coast Local Land Services regions, commencing in October 2024.

Introducing FBRP 6-Month Coaching Program:
The Farm Business Resilience Program is launching the latest 6-Month Interactive Coaching Program.
This program is designed to strike the perfect balance for farmers seeking to implement positive changes within a manageable timeframe.
Each farm business will work one on one with a professional coach who understands your unique business and farming region.
The 6-month business coaching program will be a mixture of online, face-to-face and local farm visits with other farmers participating in the program in your local area.
What's Included:
• Group Coaching Workshops: Participate in two group coaching workshops and two half-day farm tours.
• Regular 1:1 Online Sessions: Benefit from regular online sessions to maintain momentum.
• Unlimited Support: Get access to phone and email support throughout the program.
• On-Farm Visit: Each business will receive a full day on-site visit from their coach, addressing specific challenges and opportunities.
• Tailored individual business plan, including a Drought Management and Risk Plan
• Entry into the FBRP alumni network, offering continued support, access to tools and resources and opportunity to connect with fellow coaching graduates.
Cost: the subsidised co-contribution is $1,600 per eligible farm business.
