The SMART Conversation Series: Dr Belinda Chapman, Thursday 19th October 5pm - 6.30 pm, UNE Smart Region Incubator, UNE Business School, University of New England. Please RSVP here for catering purposes.
Microbes underpin the health of many different systems, whether it’s your own gut health or that of your livestock, or your fermentation, composting or aquaculture system. Belinda will take us through the complexities of our microbiomes and introduce us to the idea that there can be different types of ‘healthy’ - it’s not always as black and white as single states of ‘healthy’ and ‘unhealthy’. Belinda will take us on a journey of discovery beyond what we can see with our naked eye.
Dr Belinda Chapman, an Affiliate Agtech Founder at the UNE Smart Region Incubator and Director of Quantal Bioscience, is an applied research microbiologist with 20 years experience across the food, health and environment sectors.
