Invitation to the Koala Habitat forum meeting on Saturday 17th August 2.00 pm, at ASCA House corner of Barney and Markham Streets, Armidale. Visitors are welcome. ArmidaleThe Wildlife Habitat Group (WHG) has 4 speakers for us:
- Elizabeth O’Hara – Edgars Lane and the beginning of WHG
- Julia Rose – Koalas in Armidale; moving towards a Koala Management Plan
- Helen Stokes – Walking Track Proposal benefits to wildlife and residents.
- Tim Collins – UNE koala habitat trees
The rooms will be open at 2.00 giving time to meet and greet before the talk which will start promptly at 2.15pm. Afterwards there will be time to check out the array of currently flowering plants from members’ gardens, join in the raffle of native plants to grow in your garden, and enjoy afternoon tea.
