A Discussion Paper is now on public exhibition, regarding a statutory review of native vegetation provisions of the Local Land Services Act. Local Land Services are seeking your feedback.

The Minister for Agriculture, has commenced a five-year a statutory review of the native vegetation provisions of the Local Land Services Act 2013. These provisions establish a framework to inform and regulate native vegetation management on rural land in NSW.
LLS is supporting the Minister to carry out the review, with the assistance of an independent expert advisory panel.
The Discussion Paper aims to help engage with and seek feedback from landholders, community and stakeholders on the statutory review.
