The 2021 New England and North West Landcare Awards have been run and won.
Southern New England Landcare is thrilled to announce that one of our longstanding members, Mr Gordon Williams, was presented with the New England Region Individual Landcarer Award. Congratulations Gordon!

Congratulations to all of the very deserving Regional Landcare Award finalists and winners, who celebrated in style at the awards ceremony on Thursday 4th March, at the Inverell RSM Club. By all accounts, the event was a great success.
The 2021 New England Award Winners are:
- Indigenous Land Management Award - Amaroo Local Aboriginal Lands Council: Mr Mark Davies
- Individual Landcarer Award - Mr Gordon Williams
- Landcare Farming Award - Wilmot Cattle Company: Stuart Austin
- Young Landcare Leadership Award - Thomas Mailler & Stephanie Holterhoff: Mr Thomas Mailler
- Junior Landcare Team Award - Delungra Public School: Mrs Toni Withers
The 2021 North West Award Winners are:
- Indigenous Land Management Award - "Trelawney" Tamworth Aboriginal Lands Council: Jo Stead
- Individual Landcarer Award - Mrs Stephanie Cameron
- Landcare Community Group Award - Upper Mooki Landcare Inc: Nicola Chirlian
- Landcare Farming Award - Mr Dave Woods
- Partnerships for Landcare Award - Tamworth Regional Gallery: Mrs Bridget Guthrie
