    FRRR Community Impact Program - Preparing Communities for Drought

    Funds: $62,214

    Source: This project is supported by the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal, through funding from the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund.

    Purpose - to increase the reach and activities of community leaders, mentors, netorks and organisations driving action on drought resilience through the delivery of a series of community actvities and events that will share information on the local impacts of drought, drought preparation activities and strengthen local connections, networks, and relationships.

    The project will be run across two years until June 2025 and deliver 12 local events across our region covering Junior Landcare, Young Farmers, Intrepid Landcare and Member Musters as well as one workshop delivered by the Australia Rural Leadership Foundation.
