Kim Deans and her husband Angus run Reinventing Agriculture where they deliver programs built on a holistic foundation of human capacity building, soil health restoration and farm business management.
They partner with their clients to build a foundation of resilience through integrating people care and earth care into their business to create long term adaptability, ecosystem health and profitability.
Kim supports land custodians as they build a solid foundation of soil health, profit and resilience into your business that makes agriculture enjoyable again. She has a natural affinity for whole systems thinking/design and for transforming things for the better in all domains.
The reinvention process has been a recurring theme of Kim’s 30 year career in agriculture and she has worked closely with hundreds of agricultural businesses through processes of change.
This event will also offer member group representatives the opportunity to share group news in our traditional 'Around Our Groups' session, hear about current opportunities for members, and enjoy supper together.
